Cheddar and Beef Ham Egg Noodle Recipe


Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1.5 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated aged kasseri cheese
  • 1 cup cream
  • 150 grams beef ham
  • 2 egg noodles
  • 2 cups water
Preparation

Add vegetable oil to a pan and sauté the chopped garlic and diced ham until lightly browned. Add the spices and continue to sauté. Add the water and, once it thickens slightly, add the noodles. After the water is absorbed, add the cream, kasseri cheese, chopped parsley, and cheddar cheese. Serve. Enjoy!
